The Face Behind the Lace
Part of profits are donated to meticulously vetted charities. Ms. Limón V, formerly Lemon V Lingerie, carefully creates each piece with minimal to no waste, always re-purposing scraps to live up to the slogan "Guilt Free Pleasures". MLV strives to fulfill the need to deliver sustainable fashion with a unique design in a comfortable, universally complimentary silhouettes. MLV also strives to encourage body positivity by employing diverse models and not retouching scars, rolls, cellulite, or any human features.
Bespoke services are available with custom sizing and exclusive materials here. MLV ships internationally and designs for office workers and burlesque dancers alike. Anndrea's goal is to help others realize they are beautiful, intelligent, capable, and empowered.
Anndrea Villarreal started this journey into fashion back in 2006 when her mother taught her to sew . In high school she went on to hand embellishing and mending her own bras, then those of her closest friends. On her 19th birthday she faced a problem; she wanted new lingerie but couldn't settle on one design because there was something off about each piece! It was in that moment, she put her mother's sewing lessons to use and opened her own Etsy store and that is when Ms. Limón V was born!
Over the next few years, Anndrea organized 4 of her own fashion shows, curated 12 fashion events, and participated in 6 other runways as well as being accepted into both New York and LA fashion week-- 3 times. Finally after 6 years, the first ever Ms. Limón V boutique and atelier opened at Iron Bird Lofts in 2020
Currently, Ms. Limón V has relocated from M Street Arts Complex to Chinatown at her third location in collaboration with dear friend and business partner Mikey Garcia of Kordova. Please look forward to modeling, sewing, and photography classes at this location!
Long term goals are to use the MLV platform for social awareness, organize volunteer events through Ms. Limón V to benefit the community, to make ocean friendly bath, beauty, and passion products, grow the Fresno fashion community, and ultimately to open a LEED certified boutique and manufacturing facility in Anndrea's hometown of Fresno, California.
